We do not arrange inspection trips. Our Clients tend to be independently minded individuals who prefer to travel independently. During the house hunting process we will provide total support and will always be available for help and advice.
The buying process is very simple. Once we have found you a home which you would like to buy you will normally place a reservation deposit, which effectively takes the property off the market and fixes the price.
If you require mortgage finance we can help you arrange this using our panel of independent financial advisers either here in Spain or in your home country. Spanish lenders are happy to provide mortgage facilities for non-Spanish residents based on simple “ability to pay” criteria. Our financial advisers will be happy to give you all the advice you need. If before viewing property you would like to consult an adviser, merely go tour financial advise page and fill in the information request form. A financial adviser will make contact with you within 2 working days.
The next stage is the completion of the private contract of purchase. This is the point at which the sale becomes legal binding on both buyer and seller. We strongly recommend that all buyer of property, anywhere in the world, use a local independent lawyer to safeguard his or her interests. We have a panel of independent lawyers, based here in Spain, all are multi-lingual and we are able to help in all Northern European languages.
Finally you will complete the purchase of your property. This is the day you will receive the keys and can start enjoying your new home. Even after purchase we are here to help. We can help you furnish your new property and our in house maintenance division can help with all those small jobs, which are needed with every new home.
