When an offer is agreed on a property in Spain, it is normal for the buyer to pay a small reservation deposit while the initial legal work is carried out.
During this period, and before the private purchase contract is signed, we show the property as Offer Made and take it off the market. Once the private contract has been signed, we show it as Under Offer.
Once sold, we remove the property from our database out of respect for the privacy of both the buyer and the seller.
If you see a property here that you would have been interested in, please let us know. If it becomes available again, we can let you know, and we may also be able to help you find something similar.
