Often referred to as “Golf Valley,” Nueva Andalucía sits just inland from Puerto Banús, on the mountain side of the coastal highway. It’s one of the most prestigious residential areas in Marbella — known for its greenery, space, and excellent facilities.

The area is defined by four of the coast’s top golf courses: Las Brisas, Aloha, Los Naranjos, and to the north, La Quinta. These give the valley its distinctive character — lush, open, and ideal for relaxed, year-round living.

Coming up from Puerto Banús, the first landmark you’ll see is the bullring, one of the oldest structures in the area and now working as the Marbella Arena, a high-profile concert venue.  Behind it lies Centro Plaza, a well-known commercial centre with a mix of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

Nueva Andalucía has become increasingly known for its international dining scene, which ranges from relaxed delis to fine dining. The local market held next to the bullring on Saturday mornings is also a favourite — offering everything from local produce to artisan goods.

The area is home to several schools, including the international Aloha College, as well as a casino and a growing selection of boutique shops.
