Sometimes an image captures more than we expected. An illustration created for our property reservation page seemed to capture the excitement and warmth of the moment when an agreement is reached.
Can a picture show the feeling when a dream comes true?
This is not a blog article that we actually intended to write, but creating images that represent our work is something we do regularly and enjoy doing. In this case, we were creating a new illustration for our page about reserving a property on the Costa del Sol. On this particular occasion, we felt that the image portrayed how people feel in a way that was worth noting.
For this image, we weren't looking for people posing outside a house or signing a document. We were just looking for that moment when you know that an agreement has been reached. We wanted the moment when the agent was shaking hands with the clients.
When the illustration came back, we looked at it and thought, "That is it. That's it exactly." The double handshake from the lady, together with the fist bump from her partner, portrayed the excitement that we wanted to see. The two-handed handshake also portrayed the warmth of the relationship between the agent and the client.
Of course, we don't always see this reaction when a property is reserved, but when people are openly excited and happy, it does give you a moment of pleasure from having helped somebody, and it is a lovely moment for us too. It's something we have experienced many times over the years, but we know that, for the people we are working with, this can be a one-off moment in their lives. It's always one we appreciate.
In this case, we asked for an image showing the moment a property is reserved, and somehow it managed to show us how that moment actually feels.
