Epic Marbella on Marbella’s Golden Mile is a collaboration between Fendi and Ambience Home Design. At first glance the name may sound ambitious, but the quality of the development, the facilities and the spacious design of the homes make a strong case for the project genuinely living up to its name.
At first sight, the name Epic sounds slightly ambitious for yet another modern property development. Branding like that would be brave if the product itself was not genuinely impressive.
In this case, I think it's fair to say that Epic Marbella earns its name.
The design of the development is a partnership between Fendi and Ambience Home Design and high quality is visible in all aspects of the project. This includes the quality of the construction and facilities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools together with spa, co-working and children's play areas. The designs of the homes are spacious and well proportioned, and this, coupled with the excellent Golden Mile location, makes the development stand out as one of the most thoughtfully designed and well-finished communities in the area.
This four-bedroom ground-floor apartment in Epic Marbella feels exceptionally spacious and practical and features high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows opening out onto a generous terrace which features an outdoor kitchen. The main kitchen is modern and open concept in style. On the main floor there are three en suite bedrooms together with a further guest WC. The lower floor features a TV lounge, multi-purpose area together with a built-in bar for entertaining, a fourth bedroom suite and a laundry room. There is also direct access to the two garage parking spaces.

It may be that naming a development Epic was an ambitious statement of intent, but in this particular case the ambition has been justified and is well worth considering.
