Having spent some time in this lovely villa yesterday we were really impressed how comfortable it is and that it will make a really great family home either for full time living or for a truly family friendly holiday home. Situated in a community named Real de Miraflores this a great location for easy access to pretty much everything on the Costa del Sol. The word Mirafliores in the name suggests that you are located close to the Miraflores Golf course and the Club House is situated just a short distance away. A 5 minutes’ drive brings you to the shops and restaurants of Riviera del Sol and also of Calahonda and to the beaches and new Paseo Maritimo of Mijas Costa. The community is situated just a short distance from the Calahonda access point to the AP7 toll road from which you can be in Marbella or Mijas in less than 15 minutes and at Malaga airport in an easy 30 minutes.
On arriving at Real de Miraflores you enter through automatic gates and drive round to the house. There is ample parking space outside and you also have a private car port. The villa is detached and as soon as you enter you realise that this is a bright and spacious family home that has a really nice “feel” about it. An open entrance porch leads into the hallway which has a guest w.c. off and opens through to the open plan living space which includes a lovely dining area and sitting area with open fireplace and access out to a southwest facing terrace which has open views over the gardens, pool and towards the sea.
