“Must have a sea view” is one of the most repeated phrases that we see on the many property enquiry forms that we receive. It is understandable especially for people who generally live inland that when they buy their holiday home on the Costa del Sol that they want to be able to see the Mediterranean sea that makes the area so special. Although everywhere on the Costa del Sol is close to the sea it is not that easy to find a property which has a panoramic sea view. From here a 5 minute drive upwards brings you to the Altos de Los Monteros area where there is a choice of villas and apartments, the vast majority of which will give you that all important view.
