Marbella feria starts today, 6th June 2016

Marbella Feria is a week long party in the town to celebrate San Bernabe, Marbella's patron Saint. It means a week of singing, dancing and drinking the streets of Marbella and is not to be missed.

Marbella Feria

Tonight at 10.00 will see the official opening of the annual Marbella Feria.  The event takes place each year to honour the patron saint of the Town, San Bernabe.  The Feria this year will continue until Sunday 12th June and visitors to the town should note that Saturday 11th is a public holiday so make sure you have plenty of milk in as the shops in the town will be closed.

In recent years the feria has taken place away from the town centre but this year is returning to its traditional home in the centre of Town at La Alameda and La Avenida de Mar just by the Cafeteria Marbella.  In common with all the Andalucian Ferias there will be plenty of singing, dancing and drinking and if you have never been before take yourself down there any day from 1.oo pm until very late during the course of this week.

Every day of the week there will a concert for which entry is completely free.  If you would like to see a full schedule of the events in English, the Marbella Family Fun webpage shows a schedule of the activities for the whole of the week.
