Michael Moon has over 50 years' experience in residential estate agency, including working in both the London property market and the North West of England in the UK. For more than 25 years he has also been living and working on the Costa del Sol.
Michael Moon SL is a Spanish limited company based in Marbella, covering the Western Costa del Sol from Benalmádena through to Sotogrande. We work with buyers and sellers of both resale and new-build properties, with the emphasis always on straightforward advice and helping people make decisions that are right for them.
We are a small team. Michael works alongside Sven van Slijpe and Mariela Far. Together, we are able to help clients in English, Spanish, Dutch, German and French. Sven speaks English, Dutch and Spanish, while Spanish is Mariela's first language and she is also fluent in English. Mariela brings a particularly empathetic approach to the business and will always work hard to understand what people need and help them achieve the best result possible.
Most property marketing today takes place online, but for us estate agency is still a personal business. The way we work also gives us considerable flexibility and allows us to be available seven days a week. If a client has a question or a problem, we believe it is important that they can talk to somebody who knows them and understands their situation.
