After nearly 20 years of selling property here on the Costa del Sol and particularly in Marbella we are pleased to be able to say that we have built a team who when all the skills are combined have a deep understanding of the Costa del Sol property market and who have the ability to assess a customer's needs and to deliver the required service with efficiency and a smile. We are a business built on results and we rate both customer and job satisfaction in equal measure. Whether it be as individuals or as a team we work to the maxim of "Spanish Property Solf Properly".
We always say that the Estate Agency business is "not rocket science", but when you look around at the way in which the service is delivered in some quarters it is a business that is easy to get wrong. To deliver the right service requires hard work and integrity. We are proud to say that we believe that is what we have in the Team at Michael Moon, Spanish Property Sold Properly.

Daniel was born here on the Costa del Sol, in Nerja which is a small town situated to the East of Malaga. After spending a number of years living in Belgium he had the option to move over to Marbella and after 7 years is happy to say that he has no regrets whatsoever. He finds life here quiet yet dynamic and believes that quite apart from the sunny climate which we enjoy all the year there is something here for everybody to enjoy. Daniel is very sociable and takes every advantage of all that the coast has to offer and whether it happens to in Torremolinos or in Marbella he can recommend you to all the best spots for a fun night out or a comfortable dinner. Mariela was born in the capital of Argentina ,Buenos Aires, and she moved to the Costa del Sol almost 30 years ago to finalize her studies in psychology, which she finished with success at the university in Malaga. As she very organised, calm and with a great eye for detail, Mariela is the right person to run the long term rental department within Michael Moon. As a landlord herself she understands perfectly the potential worries and concerns that clients can have and therefore she will do everything she can to find the perfect tenant for you. As the rental side of the business can be very hectic she finds the balance by practicing yoga and as a dig owner likes to spend her leisure time in the mountains and by the sea. Her favourite spots in Andalucia are the Sierra Nevada in the winter, and Cabopino in the summer, where you can find one of the nicest beaches on the Costa del Sol. As she, quite rightly, says that there are dozens of nice restaurants and hidden gems here on the coast she would like to point out to all that there is a perfect Ice-cream salon here on the coast known as Casa Mira, which is situated in the main shopping street in Malaga. Mariela speaks both Spanish and English.
With over 40 years of experience working in residential estate agency including spells as a trainer and marketing director Michael can quite assuredly claim to be an expert in residential property sales. He moved to Spain full time near 20 years ago and still gets pleasure from the business. He lives in Marbella and is more than happy to be here year round enjoying the climate and way of life. He first came to Marbella as a visitor 35 years ago and remembers that from the first day it felt like home. It has changed a lot since then but the Mediterranean air and the smell of sardines on the barbecue remains unchanged and endearing as ever. Michael’s ethos of Spanish Property Sold Properly is what drives the business forward and still believes that the greatest pleasure comes from a happy customer. He speaks English and Spanish and used to be fluent in French but admits to have lapsed somewhat!

Eventually the pull of Spain was too much for her and she moved back, choosing to live in Marbella for the job opportunities and International lifestyle which it offered. Rocio is Spanish but favours German efficiency and attention to detail. She is a lover of cinema, her favourites being the non-mainstream genre of European and South American films. She is a fan of Japanese food but is equally happy in some of the great Morroccan and Lebanese restaurants that we have here on the coast. To wash down the meal she is partial to a glass of red wine but from her days in Germany she can still appreciate a glass of good German beer! Rocio speaks Spanish German and English and is a key member of the team.
