Description

The land is not flat and is mostly pine and cork trees, located approximately 900 mts from town. The main road runs right by the land and the ruin is located 35 meters from the road. There is a great view of the village of Jubrique, surrounding mountains and valley. One of the very few unspoiled parts of southern Spain, you will step back into the past here, there are no holiday apartments to spoil the view of the village, only national park and white villages. The ruin on the property is not currently habitable and would need full restoration which is permitted when the ruin has a roof as this one does, there is no water or electric so provisions would need to be made for these. From Estepona it takes approximatly 40 minutes to get to Jubrique which is located at the back of the mountains behind Estepona and close to Genalquacil.
