One of the last ruins for sale in the very popular La Dehesa de Triana just 8 mins from Lake Vinuela approached via a dirt track with electricity and water on the track. From the top of the mountain there are tracks down to Los Romanes village (about 5 mins) Benamargosa village (about 10 mins), Salta de Negro village (about 12 mins), Triana village (about 10 mins and Axarquia airport (about 20 mins). The town hall have said that this year the track from the lake to the top will be concreted but from the top to the ruin will stay a track but this can easily be driven in a normal car.
