The actual build will be managed by on the area’s most reputable project design companies MDCI. They will be your point of contact throughout the build an in effect they will be employed directly by you to make sure that everything goes to plan and that you get the villa you want.
The final design and specification will be entirely up to you. It is planned to use a highly efficient, modern and highly insulated building system called Sismo which will mean that these houses will be completed in about two thirds of the time associated with a normal build.
The cost of these amazing new homes is estimated to start at around 1.3 million euros. As you are in control you decide on what you want to specify and obviously the more extravagant you the higher the price you will pay.
