New Golden Mile

The New Golden Mile is the name given to the area between San Pedro del Alcantara and Estepona.

In truth it is only a marketing name to borrow kudos from the original Golden Mile which lies between Marbella Centre and Puerto Banus.   Having said that the New Golden Mile is interesting in its own right.  Made up of a number of communities located either side of the coastal highway there are many interesting locations including both beachside and golf which are popular with both residents and no-residents alike.  The golf courses include El Paraiso, and Atalaya which are surrounded by quality villas and apartments many of which have stunning views towards the coast.

Selwo Aventura nature and wildlife park is a major tourist attraction  on the New Golden Mile.  Great for both children and adults is well worth a visit and will provide a memorable day.

On the beachside we have an office in Costalita .   Costalita is, in our opinion, one of the best value for money beachside locations on the coast offering a wide choice of quality property which is not only either on, or a short walk from the beach but is also an easy walk to local supermarkets and the beach.
