Elviria

Elviria is a community located about 15 minutes east of Marbella 's city centre. It is well equipped with services, amenities and entertainment facilities and features two commercial centres located just on the mountain side of the main coastal highway.   Here you will find a variety of restaurants shops and supermarkets including our own Elviria Office which is located in the Centro Comercial Pinos de Don Carlos just by the OpenCor supermarket.

Many homes in Elviria are within walking distance of the beach as well as all the other amenities making this location popular for families wishing to leave the car parked at home!  On the mountain side of el Elviria you will find the Santa María and Santa Clara golf courses with their respective club house.  It is only a short drive to the courses at Cabopino  and Golf Rio Real.  The El Casco Tennis club is another sporting attraction at Elviria, offering quality facilities.

Cabopino Marina offers nearby mooring facillities to Elviria residents with Málaga's international airport only 50 kilometres away. Health services are also nearby in the form of one of Málaga's most prestigious hospitals, Hospital Costa del Sol. Also on site is the English International School serving primary and secondary students.

The area's five star luxury Don Carlos Hotel is a local landmark and is host to the famous Nikki Beach.
